Satisfaction with Revisions Guarantee

We are committed to ensuring you are satisfied with your edited video. As part of our service, you are entitled to a set number of free revisions as specified in your project agreement. If, after completing all included revisions, you are still not satisfied with the final result, you may request a refund within 14 days of receiving the final edited video.

How to Request a Refund

Please include your order details and a brief explanation of your dissatisfaction, specifically referencing the revisions process.

Refunds will be processed within 14 business days of approval and returned to your original payment method.

Conditions

-Refund eligibility applies only if you have utilized all included revisions and remain unsatisfied with the outcome.

-By accepting a refund, you agree not to use, publish, or distribute any version of the delivered video.

-Requests made after 14 days from final delivery are not eligible for a refund.

-This policy does not affect your statutory rights.
